How can i supply my artwork?

Artwork is prefered as a vector file, this is usually an EPS, AI, or CDR file. All text should be converted to curves as there are thousands of fonts, & we may not have all of them installed in our computer. Please specify Pantone PMS colours for logos. If you can not provide a vector file our inhouse design team can recreate your artwork.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Yes, our minimum quantity is 20 printable garments.

How many colours can i print?

We can print upto 8 spot colours. The price will increase with multiple colours.

DIGITAL PRINTING

How long does it last?

Digital printing last for at least 50 washes.

Does it wash off?

No digital printing will not wash off, over time & with extensive washing the design can fade.

Can i iron on the print?

Its not reccommended to iron any type of printed design, as the design may stick to your iron

Can i put it in the dryer?

Its not recommended to place the item in the dryer as heat can affect the design & the garment.

MANUFACTURING

Is there a minimum?

Yes we have a minimum of 20 garments for manufacturing.

How long does it take?

Orders can take up to 3 weeks, depending on material stock.

EMBROIDERY

What file format do i need to supply for embroidery?

Embroidery digitizing is the process of creating a digital image into a embroidery machine readable data (stitch type, direction, density, colour changes, trims etc) using a specialzed embroidery program. Designs supplied in a digital format can be in JPG, TIFF, BMP, the higher the resolution the better.

Can i supply my own garments?

Yes, providing that the garments are suitable for the decoration.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Our minimum quantity is 10. Costs will vary with quantity.

How much does embroidery cost?

Embroidery charges are based on the degree of complexity and size of the design. We can provide you with an estimate once we have seen your design.

Do i get to see an embroidery sample?

Yes, once your order is placed your embroidery design will commence, we then create an embroidery sample for you to approve.
