Screen Printing 

Bjs T-Shirts can provide you with a full in house screen printing service from creating your design to the finished product. Our designers will produce your finished artwork ready to print or help you to refine your ideas to best suit your design.

Screen printing is applied to the garment one colour at a time & therefore the cost will increase with each additional colour & design.

There are two charges in screen printing:

Setup

The first is a setup charge which covers artwork, film & screens. The charge is a "once off" as the screen is stored for future use. Therefore the next time you place an order with the same design there will be no setup charge. As screen printing is printed one colour at a time the price will increase with multiple colours.

Printing per colour

The second charge is for applying the logo to the garments. Prices vary with colours & quantity.
